Supporting the Napoli family

Allied were delighted to lend a helping hand with the recent surprise house renovation for the Napoli family. A year ago the Napoli family lives changed dramatically, when Rocco Jr aged 10 was abruptly struck down by a rare form of brain tumour called craniopharyngioma: a benign tumour that develops on the pituitary gland.

Fortunately, surgeons were able remove the primary tumour, however they also had to remove his pituitary gland. With the removal of Rocco Jr’s pituitary gland he developed debilitating fatigue where the family spends a great part if their time at home, so their living environment is vital to their now adjusted lifestyle and healthy state of mind.

In conjunction with Channel 9’s TV program ‘Matt and Kim to the Rescue’ and a group of upbeat volunteers including Allied, a team of dedicated people spent three days and nights transforming the Napoli’s home into a modern and relaxing home.

Allied were proud to be a part of this event and provided a fully trained team of professional packers and removalists to pack and move out all the family’s furnishings whilst the renovations were carried out.

Allied also supplied our very own barbecue trailer which local Allied Perth staff helped with feeding all the troops throughout the three day and night build!! Allied are extremely proud to be involved and able to assist the Napoli family in a small way. We wish the Napoli family all the best in their newly renovated home.
