Allied Pickfords are please to announce that our Removalist Training Academy program has commenced for 2012. The Training Academy educates our staff in Health, Safety and Well Being as well as providing up to date information on our internal employee offering and practical assessing of packing and loading, combined with quality and customer service principles.
Designed to facilitate best practice from our moving company locations across Australia and maximise consistency in our removalist service delivery, whilst promoting safety, this Academy is unique to our Industry, demonstrates our commitment to our people and provides Allied Pickfords with a real competitive advantage.
External training is also undertaken via the Industry accredited body (AFRA). Removalists participate in other specific programs to build competencies required in the moving industry.
